Adds a 45% chance to fire off a pair of Dragon Arc when using basic Arcana.

Item combos

Combines with the Cabi's Bubble Gum, Cabi's Cotton Candy,   Cabi's Raw Chocolate and Cabi's Citrus Sweets to create   Cabi's Box of Sweets.

Pairing this relic with Combo Gloves and/or Evening Gloves increases the chances of unleashing the effect.
