Strategies[]
It basically makes Summoners unable to summon their summons and unable Mages to use their second magic, so it is pretty useful of they are being a problem for you.

Spell combos[]
You can use it in pair with Agent Arcana, such as Rapid Fire Agent, Null Flash Agent or Line Shock Agent to bully Summoners, as they are unable to use their summons, so they will just see you having fun with your summons while they can only throw one single projectile every some couple seconds, making they sad. This is pretty sadistic, though.
