Description[]
Reduces cooldowns by 50% but decreases damage by 35%.

Item combos[]
- Stack with Cooldown reduction relics like
Chaotic Pendulum, Double Toil, Roxel's Pendulum, Tozy's Pocket Watch. - Combo with Strongman's Hammer will neturalize the effects.
- Curse Eater's Watch will further reduce all cooldown time by 6.25% for every cursed relic equipped, counting with this.
- Both Tempo and Venture grant a 12% cooldown reduction, which stack with Chaotic Pendulum.
Spell combos[]
- The Heroic Arcana, that being Heroic Blaze, Heroic Maelstrom, and Heroic Leap, are very powerful with this item due to the fact that they provide invincibility (each launches you into the air, where you cannot be hit). The lowered cooldowns allow you to repeatedly spam them, and, if you have two or all of them, provide you with near-constant invincibility as you spend a significant amount of time in the air.
Additional notes[]
- Prior to v1.2, combining this relic and Tempo would reduce the cooldown of Evading Zephyr to less than its duration, providing near-invincibility. The cooldown now doesn't start until the duration ends.
