Each lightning arcana owned increases the chance to increase the stun duration and signature charge on arcana used! Base 2% chance, each total lightning arcana in your collection (view-able at Tomi) increases this chance by 0.5% up to a maximum of 20%.
Strategies[ | ]
If you plan on going with a build with a lot of, if not completly made out of lightning arcane, you would ideally have this as you're starting relic. IF not then it's still a good choice provided you have a couple lightning spells

- Combines with Fiery Paintbrush, Breezy Gray Canvas, Sturdy Wooden Easel and Watercolor Palette into the Painter's Tote Bag.
- Synergizes well with Neve's Citrine if you're going for an very high damage or crit build.

Whenever new lightning arcana are added, Electrifying Smock will receive an indirect buff to its maximum chance.
Does not require any lightning arcana to be equipped.
