Increase armor by 16%, but increase the price of all store items by 50% except the Healing Potion, rounding down.
Strategies[]
This item is generally not a good idea to pick up early in a run unless the store price increase can be compensated. 3-1 or 3-2 is a good level to pick them up on to minimize the negative effects of the item.
