This item take into account armor stat so the damage taken is reduced by it

Sturdy Wooden Easel gives a chance to guard the damage received
Ella's Glass Kite guards against the damage while still receiving gold- Any Relic that increase armor reduces the damage taken in the beginning of each stage
- Any of the Relics that restore the health taken at the beginning of each floor combo well with the Golden Contract.
