Restores all hp on pick up. Damage is increased by 10% every time a council member is defeated without taking damage with no cap on the maximum damage increase.
This relic is destroyed when dropped.
Strategies[ | ]
Using the shield gained from the Takeout Box, you can still gain the added damage bonus as long that you don't go into health damage.

With the cape Fall you can regenerate your health before killing the boss.
