Your signature begins fully charged when entering a new stage, signature charge and decay rates are reduced by 35%. (It takes longer to charge your signature but decays slower)
The effect applies immediately so it will grant a fully charged signature when equipped.

When paired with Infinity Marble, your charge will stay active for as long as you need.
When paired with Surefire Rocket, your decay rates are cancelled out, meaning you only gain signature charge.
