On taking damage, enemies close to the player are shocked. Effect has a cooldown of approximately 16 seconds.

Lei's Drum like 
Brilliant Balloon is perfect for when surrounded by opponents as the shock/stun allows you to escape further damage. It is great benefit to an armor/defensive oriented build.
