Description[]
Increases the damage and active duration of all summon arcana by 20% and 50% respectively but also increases their cooldown by 50%.

Yuna's Storybook will increase minion uptime to surpass the cooldown period of their spells, and this will scale appropriately with Mystic Sage's Memoir's modifiers. If you are able to fight with your agents to keep them alive, this will mostly negate the downside of having increased cooldown.
