Neve's Quartz is a relic in Wizard of Legend.
Description[]
Holding seven air arcana increases movement speed and evasion by 20%. All arcana inflicts level 2 slow.
Upon completion wizard cloak becomes white with a swirling air current aura similar to 
Evading Zephyr.

Item combos[]
- Items that increase evasion such as
Patience, Shift, Cassim's Airy Cloak, Antiquated Tabi, Nog's Heavenly Boots, and Tipsy Gladius, it's possible to end up with 100% (or more) evasion.
- Evasion-focused builds should prioritize, Puffy Parka for added evasion especially if attempting to fight Phase 3 Shura.
- Breezy Gray Canvas becomes maxed out and extremely benefited from a full air build.
- Evasion-focused builds should prioritize,
- Speed-oriented builds should prioritize Patience, Hope, Tempo, Pace, Venture, Equestricap, Unicorn Disguise, and Mercury's Sandals.
- Soccer Cleats syncs well with movement-based air arcana along with the added speed.
- Spell Thief's Socks also sync well with a speed-oriented build.
Spell combos[]
- Scales of Babylon gives the added benefit of reducing cooldowns on arcana while buffing users speed.
- Evading Zephyr provides guaranteed evasion.
Additional notes[]
- This relic when at full arcana allows for complete evasion even against Master Sura Phase 2, but Phase 3 renders it null, except for puffy parka and evading zephyr.
