Neve's Sapphire is a relic in Wizard of Legend.
Description[]
Holding seven water arcana reduces all cooldowns by 30% and increases healing by 50%.
The wizard cloak becomes white with a swirling bubble/water particle aura similar to 
Calming Flow.

Item combos[]
- This relic pairs well with items that increases healing received such as
Spirit, Grit, Elven Ears, and Messy Prescription.
- Vampire's Eyeglasses, Vampire's Fangs, Sanguine Attire, Jewelry Box, and Jade's Chakra Locket all provide healing.
- Due to the cooldown reduction, the Vigor, Tempo, Venture, and Magician's Outfit help with more cooldown reduction. This also helps boost Watercolor Palette since the Sapphire requires only water arcana.
- Spell Thief's Socks syncs very well with a cooldown-oriented build.
- Shiva's Water Bottle will increase all damage of water arcana.
- Stanza of Frost increases damage of only ICE-based arcana. Try an all ice-based build.
