Noxious Dappercap is a relic in Wizard of Legend.
Description[]
This item adds a 6.25% chance to poison an enemy on hit.
Strategies[]
Arcana with many hits are extremely useful, as each hit has a chance to poison enemies, increasing the likelihood that enemies will be hit stunned occasionally when the attack ends. However the damage dealt has diminishing returns if poison is inflicted on an already poisoned enemy, due to the previous infliction not dealing full damage.
Item combos[]
- Combines with the
Hunter's Stiletto, Phoenix Talon, Nerite Shell, Tesla Coil and Permafrost Cube to create Hunter's Satchel. - Devi's Bug Spray increases the level of poison.
- Paralytic Venomstone and Plaguing Sprite Dria also occasionally poison enemies, keeping them poisoned more of the time but also making Noxious Dappercap less effective if it activates on an already poisoned enemy.
Spell combos[]
- Bouncing Bubble deals a high number of hits allowing for greater chance of inflicting a status effect.
- Perfect Storm and Ward of Stones have an increased chance to poison enemies. Although, the latter arcana actually increases the poison damage rather than inflicting it.
- Airborne Slam and Binary Splashdown benefit from the poison effect as it can't be interrupted.
