Permafrost Cube is a relic in Wizard of Legend.
Description[]
Adds a 6.25% chance to freeze foes.
Strategies[]
Arcana with many hits are extremely useful, as each hit has a chance to freeze enemies. Normally being hit after being frozen would break enemies free, but Permafrost Cube has a mechanic to counteract this weakness which causes all hits from the same cast to keep the enemy frozen once affected.
Certain status effects such as slow or poison will still be active when the opponent is frozen.
Item combos[]
- Combines with the
Hunter's Stiletto, Phoenix Talon, Nerite Shell, Noxious Dappercap and Tesla Coil to create Hunter's Satchel. - Lotus Froststone, Special Snowflake and Freezing Sprite Naya also occasionally freeze enemies, keeping them frozen more of the time.
Spell combos[]
- Bouncing Bubble deals a high number of hits allowing for greater chance of inflicting a status effect.
- Perfect Storm and Ward of Frost have an increased chance to freeze enemies.
- Airborne Slam and Binary Splashdown benefit from the freezing effect as they can't interrupt the freeze.
