Spiraling Typhoon is a Standard Air Arcana in Wizard of Legend
Description[ | ]
Conjures a whirlwind in front of you, trapping enemies while dealing 8 hits of 5 damage before it expires, dealing 25 damage and throwing enemies away. The whirlwind can be moved around the player by changing the direction you are aiming.
If enhanced, the whirlwind lasts longer allowing it to deal 12 hits of 5 damage and enemies are thrown further when it expires/
Charged Signature: Conjure 5 whirlwinds which converge in front of you, dealing extremely rapid hits of damage for 2 seconds before the enemies are thrown away.
Strategies[ | ]
Spiraling Typhoon is a great for grouping enemies together so they can be hit by other arcana.
Enemies captured in the whirlwind can be easily thrown into pits or the area covered by other arcana such has 
Crashing Meteor.
Spell combos[ | ]
- Jump arcana such as
Blazing Vault or Binary Splashdown pair well with the enhanced version of Spirlaing Typhoon as it throws enemies directly into their range, allowing for a quick follow-up.
Item combos[ | ]
- Dark Katana will increase the crit chance of this arcana significantly, making its rapid numerous hits highly effective in tandem with Vampire's Eyeglasses.
- Wings of Icarus heal you whenever you throw an enemy into a pit.
- Items that can inflict status effects on hit (i.e. Phoenix Talon, Tesla Coil, or Noxious Dappercap) can be effective when used with Spiraling Typhoon due to its high number of hits.
Additional notes[ | ]
- Avoid using Mystic Monopole or Bewitching Glue alongside Spiraling Typhoon as they prevent you from manoeuvring enemies with the whirlwind, reducing its effectiveness greatly.
