Strongman's Hammer is a relic in Wizard of Legend.
Description[]
Increase damage by 0.25% and cooldowns by 0.12% for each enemy defeated up to +50% damage and +25% cooldowns! You need to defeat 4 enemies to get 1% more damage and 8 to get 1% increased cooldowns.
Strategies[]
This relic makes it SLOWER to cast more arcana NOT faster. You can mitigate this by getting any relics that gives cooldown reduction like 
Tozy's Pocket Watch or 
Roxel's Pendulum.
