Description[]
Become invulnerable for about 3 seconds after taking damage three times in quick succession. Has a cooldown of about 26 seconds.

Work well against barrage moves such as Frost Queen Freiya's "Snowflake Barrage", Wind Sovereign Shuu's "Turbulence", Juno and Suman's "Rolling Thunder" ect

Permafrost Bulwark works similar to this relic, but has the added benefit of freezing opponents.

Could be seen as a better version of 
Calcifying Bonemail since it only increases your armor when getting hit.
