Water Pulse Agent is a Standard Water Arcana in Wizard of Legend
Description[]
Summons a single Water Pulse Agent. This minion periodically fires a shotgun-blast of waterballs (agent variant of 
Cascading Blitz)in a wide conical spread.
When enhanced, the spread covers an even larger area with more projectiles.
Strategies[]
The fairly high knockback and wide coverage of the blast (even when unenhanced) makes Water Pulse Agent decent at crowd control but the long delay between shots makes it untenable for the agent to resolve conflicts on it's own. Take advantage of the momentary flinching of blasted foes to charge in and capitalize on the opportunity. If you are going for a "Full Summoner build" this issue will mostly resolve itself (see "Spell Combos").
As a side-note, not only is the Water Pulse Agent's attack fairly strong and cover a large area, it can easily wipe out enemy projectiles. All of these factors make Water Pulse Agent a very strong defender for you, rather than an attacker (although it can do that fairly decently, as well).
Spell combos[]
As a "minion spell", Water Pulse Agent naturally combos well with other Agent spells, especially those which attack more frequently, such as 
Null Flash Agent or 
Rapid Fire Agent.
Other than that, Water Pulse Agent's capacity to push large groups of enemies away makes it ideal for Ranged-focused Wizards that can take advantage of the extra space put between themselves and their foes.
